Lebanon Midway Speedway announces raise in weekly payout, other bonuses
Lebanon Midway Speedway officials have announced that the weekly payouts to start off the 2021 racing season in both the USRA Modifeds and USRA B-Mod classes with some nice incentives on the line.
New promoter and owner Clint Gann has announced that based on 12 or more entries for the USRA B-Mod class the winner will take home $500 feature will pay at least $75 to start. The runner-up will receive $350 while third place gathers $250. Should the car count drop below 12, the winner will take home $350 with the runner-up grabbing $250.
It has been several seasons since the high horsepower of the USRA Modifieds have competed on a regular schedule. Based on a 12-car limit, the winner will take home $600 with second place grabbing $400. The feature will pay $100 to start. Should the car entry count go below 12, payout will then pay $400 to win
In USRA Modifieds and USRA B-Mods, on a night where the car entry in that class or classes has 25 or more entries, the winner will take home $1,000 in that class.
Opening night on April 23, with a car entry of 25 or more the winner will take home $1,000 while the runner-up pockets $500, adding even more excitement to the new season upcoming quickly. USRA B-Mods for opening night will be open draw, using passing points with a redraw of starting spots for the top passing point cars.
New weekly line up procedures will see drivers open draw for qualifying heats with a maximum three-row invert. Should a driver win two consecutive features, he or she must will start no better than seventh in the next feature event. Three wins in a row means going at least eighth on the grid with a fourth straight going to the ninth position.
USRA B-Mod heat winners earn a free driver pit pass the following week.

The track will hold a test 'n' tune night on Friday, April 16.
Racing action is scheduled to start at 8 p.m. each Friday. Action this season also features Midwest Mods, Pure Stocks, Hornets, Late Models, Super Stocks and special enduro events.
