DECORAH, Iowa (May 31, 2025)—Winneshiek Raceway delivered an action-packed Saturday night for the USRA B-Mods $1,500 to win presented by Olson Explosives, with the USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks, and USRA Tuners divisions thrilling the crowd as part of the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series.

In the USRA Stock Cars Feature, Kevin Donlan of Decorah took the victory, starting third and powering to the front. Jason Schlangen of Cresco finished second after starting fourth, while Casey Colsch of Caledonia, Minn., claimed third from the second spot. Derek Dettmann of McGregor secured fourth, starting fifth, and Dylan Suhr of New Hampton rounded out the top five, starting from the pole.

The USRA B-Mods Feature saw Dan Hovden of Decorah claim the $1,500 prize, leading from the second position. Kyle Anderson of Decorah finished a close second after starting from the pole, followed by Dustin Kruse of Baltic, S.D., in third from the fifth spot. Ben Moudry of Protivin took fourth, advancing from seventh, and Philip Ihde of Decorah rounded out the top five, charging from 13th.

In the USRA Hobby Stocks Feature, Paul Seabrooke of Decorah took the checkered flag, starting second and holding off the field. Steve Larson of Decorah finished second after a strong run from ninth, while Joshua Ludeking of Decorah claimed third, starting fifth. BJ Dahl of Calmar secured fourth from the eighth spot, and Ryan Crooks of Ionia completed the top five, starting seventh.

The USRA Tuners Feature saw Tom Kessel of Waukon emerge victorious, starting from the pole and leading the way. Perry Kessel of Cresco finished second after starting third, followed by Jeremy Hills of Postville in third from the fourth position. Dillon Riehle of Waukon took fourth, starting fifth, and Katie Stahl of Castalia rounded out the top five, advancing from eighth.

The night, highlighted by the $1,500-to-win B-Mods special presented by Olson Explosives, brought intense competition, with local drivers dominating the Features. Standout performances included Philip Ihde and Steve Larson’s charges through the field, thrilling the crowd with their skill and determination.
