USRA Late Models debut moved to Memphis, three-race season finale created

United States Racing Association officials have announced that the previously scheduled season opener for the newly-created USRA Late Models has been changed. Originally slated for April 20 at the Mountain Dew Bloomfield Speedway, the $3,000-to-win inaugural event for the USRA Late Models will now be hosted at the Pepsi Scotland County Speedway on Saturday, April 28.

Track owner Randy Mooneyham has decided to postpone tonight's season opener at the Lebanon I-44 Speedway due to persistent rain throughout the week, and the anticipated showers and possible thunderstorms for the Lebanon area this afternoon.
