Southwest Missouri tracks working together on season-ending events
Four Tracks in Southwest Missouri are working together to help make some special events even better for them all as the Midway Speedway, I-44 Speedway, Springfield Raceway and Monett Speedway are helping each other by not scheduling on top of each other's special events, starting with the Labor Day Weekend shows.

At the Monett Speedway on Sunday July 6, USRA Modified action saw Lebanon's Tony Jackson Jr. take the lead from Terry Beckham II of Webb City early in the race, then hold off Eric Turner for his second win of the year at the Monett Speedway.
Lebanon, Monett machines on display at Battlefield Mall
Some of the cars competing this season will be showing off their 2008 looks as the Lebanon I-44 Speedway, along with the Monett Speedway, will be displayed this weekend at the Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Mo., starting Friday, March 7, and will be there all weekend long through March 9.

USRA officials announced today that two of Missouri's premier dirt track facilities will be sanctioning with the United States Racing Association (USRA) again for 2007. For the second straight year, the Lebanon I-44 Speedway and Monett Speedway will run the popular USRA Modifieds on Saturday and Sunday nights, respectively, during the 2007 season.
