Bad news for four-states Modified pilots: Justin "Whitey" Folk got his groove back. Most didn't even know he was struggling with chassis set up, but before Sunday's Dewaine Whitworth Memorial at Humboldt Speedway, Folk was telling the usual group of bench racers that he had finally figured out what he was doing wrong.
