The weather conditions were perfect for the 18th Annual Mike Guttormson Memorial Race at Chateau Raceway presented by A&A Electric & Underground Construction.

Race fans were greeted with great weather and the largest car count of the young season on GT Construction night at Chateau Raceway Friday as 80 racers performed for the crowd.

Seventy-one race cars signed in for action for night 2 of USRA Weekly Racing Series action at the Chateau Raceway in Lansing, Minn.

The annual Labor Day Weekend swing for the United States Modified Touring Series was on the card this week along with the final track points night for the USRA B-Mods.

Friday was the final night of track points for the USRA Modifieds at the Chateau Raceway. The racing action was wild, to say the least, and several drivers scored clean sweeps.

It was a glorious night weather wise for racing at Chateau Raceway this past Friday. The show was presented by St. Ansgar Plumbing & Heating along with Albert Lea Steel as two became first time winners.

Racing action returned to Chateau Raceway after a one week break under perfect conditions. This week’s program was presented by Midwest Repairables of New Richland and Rolling Green Fence of Austin

Damon Haslip has had nothing but back luck so far in 2014 as mechanical issues have sidelined him twice this year. Friday was his night, however, and he won the heat race and then dominated the 25-lap USRA Modified feature.

It was an eye-opening, jaw-dropping, ooh-and-ahh kind of night at Chateau Raceway on Friday. Not only did the racers provide excitement on the track, the always highly-anticipated fireworks night was on tap.

S&S Auto Salvage & Repair and State Farm Insurance presented a special Thursday night show to kick off the Fourth of July weekend at the Chateau Raceway with a season-high 100 cars and drivers checked in for racing action.

Early morning thunderstorms failed to dampen the racing action at Chateau Raceway this week. A season high 85 cars signed in on GT Construction and Broadway Automotive Night.

With the five to seven inches of rain that fell in the area over this past week, the race program at the Chateau Raceway was cancelled on Friday, June 20.
