In what may be a first in organized racing, three of the four drivers that captured the USRA Casey's General Stores Weekly Racing Series titles in 2007 repeated the feat in 2008. Officials from the Highway 3 Raceway in Allison, Iowa, have announced some additional appearances by USRA-sanctioned classes at the half-mile speedplant. USRA Karl Chevrolet Stock Cars have been added to the schedule on June 11 and Aug. 28. In addition, USRA Modifieds will join the program on June 24 during the Butler County Fair.
