Mike Striegel was staring at a third-place finish when the white flag waved, but in the end he took home his second Holley Iron Man Series trophy as the USRA B-Mods opened the 17th Annual Featherlite Fall Jamboree at the Deer Creek Speedway.

On Friday morning racers, crew members, event officials and fans will be swinging their drivers and slicing their balls at the annual Club Car Jamboree Open presented by Miner’s Outdoor & Rec.

Pre-entered drivers as of Monday, Sept. 21, for the 17th Annual Featherlite Fall Jamboree, Thursday-Saturday, Sept. 24-26, at the Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minn.

Mitch Hovden came out on top in a USRA Stock Car thriller Saturday at the Deer Creek Speedway during the Meyerhofer Crane & Rigging Clash at The Creek.
