Weekly racing got underway Friday at North Central Arkansas Speedway with unseasonably cool temperatures, but the on-track action set the stage for an intense race season.

The North Central Arkansas Speedway kicked off the 2013 race season Friday night under clear skies, and the fans on hand were treated to some exciting action on this brisk spring evening.
