RL Promotions officially launched long-awaited all-new Web sites for five racetracks operated by the organization. The Web sites, designed and hosted by Nitroquest Web Solutions (<a href="http://www.nitroquest.com">www.nitroquest.com</a>), bring an entirely new and improved look to the online presence for the four racing facilities in Iowa and one in Missouri.

The biggest season so far for RL Promotions kicks off this week with action on tap at all five racing facilities operated by the Webster City, Iowa-based organization. Luitjens earns 2005 USRA Casey's General Stores Championship Series national crown
