This Friday night, May 11, O’Reilly Auto Parts presents the USRA Weekly Racing Series at the Mineral City Speedway. The show will feature USRA A-Mods, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods and USRA Hobby Stocks plus Econo Stocks and Hornets.

Mother Nature so far has not been kind to the fans or drivers at the Mineral City Speedway, raining out the first two attempts to get the opening night show in. But despite severe weather that dumped hail on Fort Dodge around race time Friday night, a good crowd was on hand for the season opener with 88 cars and drivers signed in to kick off the 2012 campaign.

Due to inclement weather, the Mineral City Speedway has postponed the season opener to Friday, May 4. The same payout as previously announced will be honored.
