The high-horsepower USRA Modifieds will be competing at the Lebanon Midway Speedway for the Fall Brawl in a special $1,000-to-win feature on Saturday, Sept. 10, with the runner-up taking home $500 and $100 to start.

The Fall Brawl presented by Jerry Gile Transportation of Pittsburg and Bud's Tire & Wheel of Springfield is a two-night event. The USRA B-Mods will compete on Friday, Sept. 9, with a $500-to-win, $75-to-start feature while Medieval USRA Stock Cars battle for a $400 top prize and USRA Tuners race for $125 to win.

Along with the USRA Modifieds on Saturday night, USRA B-Mods presented by J2 Race Cars in Lebanon and Lake Area Liquidators will see $1,000 go to the winner while the runner-up takes home $500 and $100 to start.

Lake Area Liquidators has added $200 to the eighth-place finisher and an extra $100 to seventh place in honor of owner Jack Jones who used No. 87 on his car and motocross.

The Medieval USRA Stock Cars presented by Eagle Machine in Buffalo will also battle for $1,000 to win, $500 for second place and $100 to start.

USRA Tuners compete for $250 to win on Saturday with the runner-up pocketing $125 while third takes home $100 and $35 goes in the pocket of all starters.

Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points will be awarded in all classes both nights.

Action on Friday night includes full shows for Late Models, Midwest Mods, Super Stocks and Pure Stocks, and Saturday will also feature full shows for Midwest Mods, Super Stocks and Pure Stocks.

Friday racing finds gates opening at 5 p.m., hot laps at 7 and racing at 8. Drivers draw ends at 7:25. Adult pit passes are $35 while adult grandstand admission is only $15.

On Saturday, the pits open at 4 p.m. with the drivers meeting at 6:20 and hot laps to follow. Racing gets underway at 7:30. Adult pit passes are $35 while adult grandstand tickets are $17 with discounts for seniors and military.

Summit USRA Nationals nears: The 9th Annual Summit USRA Nationals happens Monday through Saturday, Oct. 3-8, at the Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Mo.

The biggest event on dirt will kick off with an open practice on Monday, and then racing will take place every night from Tuesday through Saturday. All eight USRA-sanctioned classes will participate at one time or another during the six-day event.

The Summit Shootout also returns this year and will take place on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and feature USRA track champions and Summit Shootout qualifying race winners to compete in this one-of-a-kind blockbuster battle royale for Modified, Stock Car, B-Mod and Hobby Stock competitors.
