KR Cup finale, $1,000 to win Factory Stocks Saturday at Rocket Raceway Park

This Saturday, Aug. 13, is the Championship event for drivers in the KR Cup presented by Parkway Buick GMC plus By-Line Surveying Night with $1,000 to win the Sunoco USRA Factory Stock feature race.

Action will also feature Medieval USRA Stock Cars and USRA Limited Mods competing in the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series, plus Buckmeyer Motorsports Eco-Mods, Camp Gladiator-Emory Junior Limited Modifieds, Optimum Collision Trooper Cruisers and Southern Topless Modifieds.

As if that weren't enough, mechanics races are on tap too.

The pit gate opens at 5 p.m., grandstands open at 6:30, the draw closes and drivers meeting begins at 7:45 and hot laps begin at 8 with the National Anthem and racing to follow.
