I-35 Speedway back in action July 30


Racing will resume this Saturday, July 30, at the I-35 Speedway featuring the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series on Generational Buildings Night.

Remember as you enter grab your ticket for a chance to be the Fan of the Week.

Pit and grandstands gates open at 4 p.m., pill draw close and drivers meeting at 6, hot laps iimmediately after drivers meeting with the last session taking the track at 6:50. Race time is 7 p.m.

Admission prices for adults is $15, seniors (62+) and military $12, and ages 18 and under are free. Pit passes are $35. Bring the family and enjoy a night of racing.

The I-35 Speedway is located just off the interstate at exit 64—10 miles north of Cameron, Mo.  Super easy access and parking is always free. Concessions are located throughout the racetrack serving your favorites, sweet, tasty funnel cakes, chili dogs, large tenderloins, hot fries, walking tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and tea, water, pop, coffee, hot chocolate or beer.

Check out the great food at the Trackside Bar & Grill which overlooks turn 1. It's a great place to sit, watch the races and have dinner.
