Tyler Hibner won the USRA Modified main event.

A field of 123 cars checked in to the pit area for Walker Dozing Night at I-35 Speedway on Saturday. Track personnel prepared a great track for the drivers as a lot of 3 to 4 and a few 5 wide battles ensued.

In probably the race of the night Tyler Cadwallader wheeled his way to his second win of the season at I-35 in the USRA B-Mods. At one point the leader was ahead of second by 0.01 second.

Cadwallader had a great battle as Krew Walburn, Jessie Mulich, who led the first eight laps, and Patrick Royalty finished second, third and fourth with points leader Corey Myers making some late moves to finish fifth.

Doug Keller finally got over the hurdle as he picked up his first win of 2022 in the Medieval USRA Stock Cars.

Kristchon Hisel looked to make it a fight for the win as he flew on the high side before pulling in with motor issues. That allowed Kasey Ayers to fly up to a second-place finish right behind Keller moving up seven positions.

Chester Kaufman, Sam Scott and Craig Reynolds rounded out the top five.

Tyler Hibner picked up his first USRA Modified feature win of 2022 as he left the competition behind.

The battle waged behind him as Houston Johnson, Tyler Grooms, Todd Shute and Lee Hibner all swapped positions through the race finishing in the top five.
