USRA American Racer Modified Series set for second season in 2022

With the bar set high in the inaugural 2021 campaign, officials from the USRA American Racer Modified Series presented by Day Motor Sports are ready for an even bigger and better season in 2022.

The recently published schedule of events reveals 24 nights of racing at 12 of the finest dirt ovals American has to offer.

New tracks for the series include the legendary Devil’s Bowl Speedway, Pike County Speedway, Sabine Speedway, Super Bee Speedway, Texarkana 67 Speedway and Rocket Raceway Park.

Each of the venues will host one or more USRA Modified events paying $2,000 to win or more, plus at least $200 to start the feature race.

Two events currently have a $3,000 top prized posted while $5,000- and $10,000-to-win shows are also slated.

In addition to a lucrative USRA American Racer Modified Series points fund, drivers will also be awarded national points in the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series.

The first event will take place Friday and Saturday, March 18-19, at the Ark-La-Tex Speedway in Vivian, La.

The USRA American Racer Modified Series finale happens Friday and Saturday, Nov. 4-5, at the Rocket Raceway Park in Petty, Texas, during the ARMS Nationals.
