Allen makes it three in a row at Humboldt

HUMBOLDT, Kan. -- It appears that the only thing hotter than the weather right now is John Allen.

For the third week in a row, the 2012 USA Modified track champion at the Humboldt Speedway showed the rest of the field the quick way around the high banks, once again winning the McCarthy Auto Group USRA Modified feature.

Mid-season champ Ryan McAninch kept both feet flat on the floor, but again was runner-up.

Travis Smith made a strong showing to finish third, Paden Phillips was fourth and Tim Setzer was fifth.
