Rodney Sanders won the USRA Modified main event.

FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. (July 11, 2025)—Friday night at Mississippi Thunder Speedway, Rodney Sanders, Brayden Gjere, Taylor Skauge and Steve Larson celebrated victories in the "K-Town Klash" Casey Knutson Memorial presented by Whitewater Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

The event was headlined by the USRA Kevko Northern Lights Modified Series presented by Real Racing Wheels.

In the USRA Modifieds feature, Sanders of Happy, Texas, took the checkered flag while Brandon Davis of Hayfield, Minn., finished second, with Jacob Bleess of Chatfield, Minn., in third. Keith Foss of Winona, Minn., placed fourth, and Zach Brom of Winona, Minn., rounded out the top five.

The USRA Stock Car feature saw Brayden Gjere of Mabel, Minn., emerge victorious. Bleess finished second, followed by Chris Hovden of Cresco, Iowa, in third. Brady Williamson of Rushford, Minn., secured fourth, and Jim Chisholm of Osage, Iowa, completed the top five.

Taylor Skauge of Caledonia, Minn., was the winner of the USRA B-Mod feature. Dan Hovden of Decorah, Iowa, finished second, with Dustin Kruse of Baltic, S.D., taking third. Ryan Olson of Strum came in fourth, and Philip Ihde of Decorah, Iowa, rounded out the top five.

In the USRA Hobby Stocks feature, Steve Larson of Decorah, Iowa, claimed the win. Kolby Goepel of Britt, Iowa, finished second, with Joshua Ludeking of Decorah, Iowa, in third. Gavin Bartel of Kasson, Minn., placed fourth, and Travis Krause of Buffalo City completed the top five.

The Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series returns next Friday, July 18, with USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods and USRA B-Mods competing for track, regional and national points, plus an appearance by the IRA Sprint Car Series.
