Nelson flies to Eagle River trumph

EAGLE RIVER, Wis. (July 8, 2025)—Tuesday night at Eagle River Speedway, Cade Nelson of Hermantown, Minn., claimed the victory in the "Christmas in July" USRA Late Models feature, part of the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series.
Nelson took the checkered flag ahead of Jason McFadden of Jim Falls while David Bennett of Eagle River secured third place.
Lucas Peterson of Stockholm came in fourth, and Travis Friske of Tomahawk rounded out the top five finishers.
