It was announced this week that Jon and Beth Boller will be stepping down as the promoters of the US 36 Raceway Dirt Track in Osborn, Mo., effective immediately.

"First off, we would like to thank Mike and Ruthie Franks for the opportunity to manage and run US 36 Raceway Dirt Track for the past seven years. It was much appreciated," Jon Boller said. "We would also like to thank all the great sponsors that helped make it possible through the years for their continued support.

"Now for the hardest decision I have ever made in my 40-plus years of racing: We will no longer be promoting US 36 Raceway Dirt track effective immediately. US 36 will no longer be a weekly track however it will still run a few shows a year under the direction of the Franks family.

"We want to thank all the fans, drivers, staff and sponsors who have supported us at US 36 and Bethany Speedway over the last 10 years. I personally believe we have one of the best staffs in the racing business and we appreciate each and everyone of you.

"We sincerely thank you for all your support."

Awards banquet set: The United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) and United States Racing Association (USRA) will host a joint awards banquet on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, at Harrah's Kansas City Hotel & Casino to celebrate the 2023 racing season for both organizations.
