Eaton good in US 36 Raceway Missouri Nationals
Tim Eaton won the USRA B-Mod main event.
Packed full of track champions, national champions and winners, USRA B-Mods took to the fasts 3/8-mile of dirt called US 36 Raceway on Friday for opening night of the Missouri Nationals
Chris Wright took the point in the opening laps and appeared to be the car to beat with Shadren Turner, Stephen Clancy and Tim Eaton all nipping at the back bumper of Wright.
Eaton worked high and low and made a spectacular move to take over the top spot.
Wright faded slightly with Turner and Clancy doing battle for second.
Turner cleared Clancy to put pressure on the leader, but Eaton remained steady and smooth to pick up the win with Turner second and Clancy third.
Always fast and with winning potential, Truman Asher raceed his way past Wright to place fourth leaving Wright to round out the top five finishers.
