ROSTER RULES
1. A maximum of 12 people can be listed on the team roster.
2. 10 players on the field, but can “bat” all 12 players if the team wants. Must stay in batting order, indicated before the game starts.
3. The team roster will be presented to the USRA staff at check in.
4. The roster must include at least three females, in which three females must be in the field and kicking at the plate.

KICKING RULES
1. You must kick on your own. Meaning, you cannot have someone kick for you and you run the base paths.
2. Likewise, you cannot kick and then have someone run the base paths for you.
3. There is no stealing, no bunting and no walks.
4. Three missed kicks = out.
5. Third foul ball = out.

IN-FIELD PLAY RULES
1. General baseball/softball rules apply.
2. Three outs ends the half innings (if ball is caught without hitting the ground, force out, tag out, or if base runner is hit by the ball thrown by field player).
3. Umpire judgment rules on pitcher’s pitch. He/She may indicate no pitch/redo.

GENERAL NOTES
1. $100 team entry fee. Call 515-832-6000 to register.
2. Awards for championship game MVP, best dressed team and championship team.
3. Payback for first-, second- and third-place teams.
4. 30-minute game time limit or four innings.
5. Coin flip to determine home team.

Summit USRA Nationals nears: The 10th Annual Summit USRA Nationals powered by Chevrolet Performance returns to the "Diamond of Dirt Tracks" on October 2-7. This year's event will feature USRA Modifieds, Medieval USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and USRA Tuners.
