Dustin Gulbrandson won the USRA Hobby Stock main event.

Dustin Gulbrandson won to start the night and claimed the top spot in the history book as the winner of the USRA Hobby Stock feature on Saturday night at I-90 Speedway.

Gulbrandson now has the most wins in the history of the USRA Hobby Stocks at the track. Saturday’s victory was the 33rd for him, overtaking Tim Waltner for the top honors.

In the Saturday feature, Gulbrandson took over the lead on lap eight to become the third and final leader of the race.

Tracy Halouska was second after leading laps 2-7 with Nick Brady in third. Landon Krohn and Bryant Klaassen completed the top five.

The 10th lap is when 11th-starting Tyler Tesch made the move for the lead in the USRA B-Mod main.

The fifth career win for Tesch came in front of John Ross who was out front for nine laps.

Dustin Kruse raced from row six to third ahead of Chris Goetz and Duke Erickson, who started in row seven.

I-90 Speedway is back in action this Saturday, July 15, and welcomes a special event featuring the Midwest Sprint Touring Series and Midwest Power Series 360 Sprint Cars.

Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series action will once again feature USRA B-Mods and USRA Hobby Stocks, with 305 Sprint Cars and Late Model Street Stocks also in competition.
