Officials at the Rocket Raceway Park in Petty, Texas have announced some schedule changes for upcoming events.

This Saturday, June 17, will remain unchanged with the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series and the Rocket Challenge presented by Carquest featuring Medieval USRA Stock Cars, USRA Limited Mods, Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks, J&G Services Eco-Mods and Bravado Wireless Junior Limited Mods. Also on the card will be northeastern-style dirt modifieds

Saturday, June 24, remains on the schedule with the USRA Modifieds being added to the program which also features Medieval USRA Stock Cars, USRA Limited Mods, Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks, J&G Services Eco-Mods and Bravado Wireless Junior Limited Mods. The ASCS National Sprint Car Series have been removed from the schedule that night.

Located about 15 minutes west of Paris and 25 minutes east of Bonham in Lamar County, the Rocket Raceway Park is a 3/8-mile clay oval which holds 3,400 spectators and features elevated grandstands that offer superb viewing from any seat. The venue can be found at 16369 US Hwy 82, Petty, TX 75470.
