Friday night racing returns to the Fayette County Speedway in 2013 with USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods and USRA Hobby Stocks headling the action at the 3/8-mile semi-banked clay oval.

Officials at the Royal Purple Raceway announced today that it will return to a weekly Saturday night racing series on its dirt track in 2013. The “Dirt Series” and will feature side-by-side racing in USRA Modifieds and USRA Limited Mods, plus two other classes.

The first weekly event at the Lucas Oil Speedway in 2013 will be held Saturday, April 20, with all four classes in action including the USRA Modifieds.

In August, an agreement was reached between Dirt Works Race Cars owner, Gary Clark, and Jerry Hoffman, who owns Hoffman Race Cars, is the promoter of the Springfield Raceway, and now is the new owner of Dirt Works.
