Springfield Raceway will be kicking the 2016 racing season of with March Madness on Saturday, March 19. USRA Modifieds will be paying $1,000 to win and USRA B-Mods will pay $500 to win.

A record 228 people attended Saturday night’s annual USRA Awards Banquet in the Star Pavilion located at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City as the USRA closed the curtain on the 2015 season.

The Springfield Raceway will be honoring the top drivers from the 2015 season on Saturday, Jan. 23, at the beautiful Indigo Sky Casino just south of Seneca, Mo.

The USRA closed the curtain on the 2015 season Oct. 25, and with points tallied and audited, the USRA has officially crowned four drivers from four states as 2015 USRA National Champions.

Springfield Raceway hosted the Safe Trick or Treat for Breast Cancer Night on Saturday with Jackie Dalton scoring the win in the USRA Modified feature and Ryan Gillmore copping the USRA B-Mod main event.

On Saturday, Oct. 24 Springfield Raceway will be having our Safe Trick or Treat for Breast Cancer Night presented by Cox Health. Portions of the proceeds from the front gate will be donated to a women diagnosed with breast cancer here in the Springfield area.

The 2015 USRA Weekly Racing Series is nearing the final lap, and the quest to become one of four USRA national champions gets hotter and hotter as the finish line gets closer and closer.

With the spotty rain showers today and more expected later this afternoon, officials at the Springfield Raceway have postponed Saturday night's Casey's General Store Military Night until Tuesday, May 19.
