20th Annual Fall Futurity happens October 23-24 at Hamilton County Speedway
The Hamilton County Speedway in Webster City, Iowa, will host one final event Friday and Saturday, October 23-24, with the 20th Annual Fall Futurity featuring USRA Modifieds, American Racer USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods and Mensink Racing Products USRA Hobby Stocks plus Super Late Models.
Modifieds will also be racing for $1,000 to win Friday and $2,000 to win Saturday. Stock Car and B-Mod competitors will each grapple for $700 to win Friday and $1,500 to win Saturday. Hobby Stocks get $500 to win Friday and $1,000 to win Saturday.
Practice is Thursday from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. and this will likely be the only time for hot laps this weekend. The racing surface will be ready to be raced on when the first heat race rolls onto the racetrack at 6:30 on Friday.
A complete program of qualifying heat races and main events are on tap both nights.

Tow money is $100 for all classes if raced both nights. Tow money is $50 if raced Saturday only. Drivers racing in two classes will be charged an extra $50 per day.

The Hamilton County Speedway driven by Spangler Automotive is located off US 20 at exit 140, then 1.2 miles north, then 0.5 mile east on Bank St., then 0.4 mile south on Bluff St. to the Hamilton County Fairgrounds in Webster City, Iowa. Opening in July 1910, the Hamilton County Speedway is the oldest speedway in the state of Iowa. In 1938, work began on the current location at the Hamilton County Fairgrounds. The semi-banked half-mile dirt track was completed in the spring of 1939, and the first races were held on the track in September of that year.
