USRA Modifieds racing for $1,000 in I-44 Speedway's Larry Phillips Memorial

LEBANON, Mo. - Staff and officials of the I-44 Speedway in Lebanon, Mo., are preparing for one of the biggest races of the season as the running of the 6th Annual Larry Phillips Memorial is right around the corner: Aug. 29-30 during Labor Day Weekend.

Friday night will feature qualifying heats for the Late Models, along with a qualifying feature event. Also, qualifying heats for the USRA Modifieds, Factory Stocks, Bombers, B-Mods and Rookies are on tap.

Support classes running will include the USRA Modifieds as the winner on Saturday night will recieve $1,000 while Factory Stocks will be racing for $500 to win, B-Mods will be running for $500 to win and Bombers will battle for $400 to win while the Rookie/PureStock class winner will recieve $200.

Gates open both nights at 5 p.m. with racing both nights at 7:30.
