Double $1,000-to-win features Memorial Day Weekend at Tri-State Speedway

This coming Memorial Day Weekend, may 23-25, the mighty Tri-State Speedway in Pocola, Okla., asks everyone to celebrate, honor and remember.

We'll kick the long weekend off with an open practice session on Thursday, May 23. Pit gates open at 4 p.m.0 with a $15 pit pass. Grandstands open at 5 with free admission. Hot laps are scheduled for 6: 30.

Then on Friday, we'll run a regular race program for all of our classes. Pits will open at 4 p.m. with $35 pit passes. Grandstands will open at 5 with adults $10, seniors $8 and kids under 11 free. Hot laps hit the track at 6:30 with green flag racing to follow.

We'll wind up our part of the weekend on Saturday with another full night of racing with $1,000 to win in both the USRA Modifieds and Out-Pace USRA B-Mods with no entry fee. Pits will open at 4 p.m. with $35 pit passes. Grandstands will open at 5 with $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and kids under 11 free. Hot laps hit the track at 6:30 with green flag racing to follow.
