Central Missouri Speedway resumes Saturday for 610 Sports Radio Race Night
WARRENSBURG, Mo. -- Mother Nature spoiled the fun last week but the staff at Central Missouri Speedway (CMS) is eager to host another week of championship racing this coming Saturday for 610 Sports Radio Race Night. Joining the USRA Modifieds, Street Stocks, B-Modifieds, and Pure Stocks this week is guest class Grand Nationals. This is the first appearance of Grand Nationals at CMS in three years.
This week, pit gates swing open at 4:30, grandstands at 5, hot laps begin at 7, with racing at 7:30. General admission for adults is $12, Military w/I.D. and Seniors 65+ $10, kids ages six to twelve $5, kids five years and under are free!
Driver and fan attention will soon turn to the highly anticipated return of the Ninth Annual BBQ Bowl, which takes place over the Independence Day weekend, July 4 and July 5. The weekend features a $5,000-to-win/$1,000-to-start main event for USRA Modifieds as well as a $1,500-to-win special event for Street Stocks. B-Modifieds, Pure Stocks, Grand Nationals, Mod Lites, and 305 Sprint Cars also dot the weekend of events.
