MASON CITY, Iowa (Aug. 24, 2025)—The Pritchard Family Auto Stores Mason City Motor Speedway hosted the USRA Kevko Northern Lights Modifiied Series presented by Real Racing Wheels on Sunday. It was the second visit of the season to the North Iowa Fairgrounds facility.

Joe Chisholm of Osage led the field to green and was out front the entire way to score his second NLMS win of the season. The 30-lap feature ran caution-free.

“The track was awesome all night,” said Chisholm in Victory Lane. “Hats off to Todd. It's been an up and down weekend (running with the USMTS). I'm happy to cap it off. You got Brandon Davis and all them in it, so you know it's a pretty good night.”

Davis closed the gap late, while Chisholm worked in lapped traffic, but it was too little to late for the series points leader. He crossed the finish line in the runner-up spot. Josh Angst, Parker Hale and Alex Williamson completed the balance of the top-five finishers.

Earlier in the night, heat wins went to Davis and Chisholm. Angst topped Deatherage Opticians Qualifying with a lap of 14.956 seconds.

The Pritchard Family Auto Stores Mason City Motor Speedway celebrated their class champions as well Sunday. In the USRA Modifieds, the title went to Harley Dais, who is just outside of the top five in NLMS points as well.

Chanse Hollatz captured the USRA Stock Car track championship while Kaeden Bronner took home the USRA B-Mod title. Joshua Monson held off Kolby Goepel for the USRA Hobby Stock crown.

The annual Five Star Classic presented by Tire Experts of North Iowa takes place Friday and Saturay, Sept. 19-20, to put a bown on the 2025 season in Mason City. USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods and USRA Hobby Stocks race both nights with USRA Tuners joining Friday's show and Outlaw Mini-Mods completing Saturday's lineup.

Next up for the NLMS is the North Star Nationals at the Mississippi Thunder Speedway in Fountain City, Wis., Sept. 5-6. The series will also crown the inaugural series champion on the final night.
