Scott, Robinson, Lindsey Take checkered flags at Route 66 Motor Speedway

Johnny Scott won the USRA Modified main event.
AMARILLO, Texas (Aug. 23, 2025)—The Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series brought a night of exciting action to the Route 66 Motor Speedway, with feature victories going to Johnny Scott of Las Cruces, N.M., Dustin Robinson of Post and Austin Lindsey of Canyon.
In the USRA Modifieds, Scott won the main event after a strong performance from the pole. A.J. Sharpensteen of Amarillo finished second, and Sammy McNabb of Amarillo, took third. Amarillo drivers Brayden Kongdara and Braden Gress were fourth and fifth, respectively.
The USRA Limited Mods saw Robinson drive to victory from sixth place. Jeffrey Kaup of Woodward, Okla., finished in second, and Scott Shipley of Lubbock was third. Fourth went to Lubbock's L.J. Moore and J.P. Vasquez Jr. of Lubbock wound up fifth.
In the USRA Tuners, Lindsey claimed the feature win. Teddy Lindsey of Canyon was the runner-up, with Marcos Tobar of Amarillo finishing third.
