Green gets Iron Man trophy at Electric City Speedway

BUTLER, Mo. (Aug. 21, 2025)—The Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series delivered a night of action at Electric City Speedway, where Derek Green of Granada, Minn., and Tyler Kidwell of Chanute, Kan., claimed feature wins in the USRA Stock Car and USRA B-Mod classes, respectively.

In the USRA Stock Car KS Engineering Iron Man Series, Green drove his No. 32 machine to victory from the third starting position. While Green was at the front, one of the most remarkable charges of the night came from Myles Michehl of Fort Dodge, Iowa, who powered his way from 19th on the starting grid to finish in fourth place.

Pat Graham of Ankeny, Iowa, finished second, while Jaylen Wettengel of Topeka, Kan., rounded out the podium in third. The top finishers also included Doug Keller of Easton and Tyler Cadwallader of Amazonia, both of whom had strong runs in front of their home-state crowd.

The USRA B-Mod feature was a clean sweep for Kidwell, who started from the pole and never looked back, leading every lap to claim the victory. He was followed by Jake Richards of Lansing, Kan., in second, and Rylan Gibbs of Osceola, in third.
