Ahumada blazes from back to front at Vado

VADO, N.M. (July 26, 2025)—Saturday night’s Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series show at Vado Speedway Park ignited with high-octane action in the USRA Modified division, as Carlos Ahumada Jr. of El Paso, Texas, rocketed from 12th to seize the feature victory.
Ahumada carved through a 20-car field with precision to claim the top spot.
Hunter Sandy of Albuquerque took second, followed by Christy Barnett of El Paso, Texas, in third. Philip Houston of Odessa, Texas, secured fourth, and John Neal Reid of Loving rounded out the top five.
