Bailes, Parker race to victory at The Rev

MONROE, La. (July 11, 2025)—Revolution Park roared to life Friday night as the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series delivered thrilling battles and unexpected victories under the lights. Fans were on the edge of their seats as drivers pushed their limits in the USRA Limited Mods, Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks and USRA Tuners qualifying for Saturday's big show.

In the USRA Limited Mod feature, Ethan Bailes of Elizabeth proved to be unstoppable. Starting from the pole, Bailes held off all challengers to claim a dominant victory. Derrick Lofton of Pollock made a strong run to finish second after starting third, while Chris Freeland of Bastrop rounded out the top three.

Michael Joe Lasiter of Monticello, Ark., secured fourth, with Kyler Henderson of Quitman overcoming a heat race disqualification to grab a top-five finish.

The Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks saw a dramatic upset, with John Parker Jr. of Dry Prong, La., charging from his eighth-place starting position to snatch a remarkable victory.

Wayne Patton of Ruston secured the runner-up spot, while pole-sitter Jamie Shirley of West Monroe finished third. Blayne Nolen of Pitkin and Caleb Smith of Chatham completed the top five.

The USRA Tuners delivered multiple heats and intense action, culminating in a series of hard-fought battles. Drivers like Steven Bevills of Granbury, Texas; Bubba McEachern of Bossier City, Randall Martin of Springtown, Texas; Paden Gardner of Grove, Okla.; and Austin Marshall of Ashdown, Ark.; each claimed heat victories.
