HARTFORD, S.D. (July 12, 2025)—Dustin Kruse of Baltic pulled off a stunning performance at I-90 Speedway on Saturday, rocketing from 13th to claim the USRA B-Mod feature win. In the USRA Hobby Stock division, Dustin Gulbrandson of Sioux Falls also made a significant charge from deep in the field to capture the checkered flag.

Kruse’s drive in the USRA B-Mod main event was nothing short of spectacular. Starting deep in the field, he meticulously picked his way through traffic, showcasing incredible car control and strategic passing to seize the lead and ultimately the victory. His ascent from 13th to first provided thrilling action for the fans as part of the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series.

Following Kruse to the finish line were Lyndon Johnson of Montrose, who secured a strong second-place finish, and pole-sitter Skyelar DeVaney of Madison, who held on for third. Justin Voeltz of Hartford finished fourth, with Duke Erickson of Sioux Falls completing the top five after a solid run.

In the USRA Hobby Stock finale, multi-time national champion Gulbrandson started outside the top ten but found his rhythm early, methodically working his way to the front of the pack. His charge culminated in a well-deserved victory, highlighting the competitive nature of the class.

Dylan Fitzpatrick of Estherville, Iowa, finished an impressive second in the Hobby Stocks, with Landon Krohn of Rowena taking third. Josh Bradley of Harrisburg earned a fourth-place finish, and Tracy Halouska of Worthing rounded out the top five after a strong showing.
