EAGLE RIVER, Wis. (June 17, 2025)—Tuesday’s Flag Day and Autograph Night at Eagle River Speedway delivered thrilling action for the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series, with Cade Nelson emerging victorious in the USRA Late Model feature at the storied racetrack.

In the feature, two-time USRA Late Model national championNelson of Hermantown, Minn., started seventh and charged to the win.

Another two-time past champ, Lucas Peterson of Stockholm, Wis., secured second, followed by David Bennett of Eagle River in third.

Aaron Reivitis of Shawano took fourth, and Jeff Thomas rounded out the top five finishers in front of his hometown audience.
