Dishong, Marrant take victories at Lakeside Speedway

Aaron Marrant won the USRA B-Mod main event.
KANSAS CITY, Kan. (June 13, 2025)—Friday night’s Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series event at Lakeside Speedway delivered intense competition in the USRA Stock Cars and USRA B-Mods classes.
In the USRA Stock Car Feature, Chris Dishong of Atchison surged from fifth to claim the win. Eddie Ingram of Kansas City finished second, followed by Tim Shields of Kansas City, Mo., in third. Dylan Holt of Topeka took fourth, and Buz Kaster of Kansas City rounded out the top five.
The USRA B-Mod Feature saw Aaron Marrant of Richmond, Mo., start second and hold on for the victory. Chad Clancy of Polo, Mo., secured second, while Tim Karrick of Basehor claimed third. Kerry Davis of Parkville, Mo., finished fourth, and Jon Sheets of Nevada, Mo., completed the top five.
The next Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series event is scheduled for Friday, June 20.
