Bailes, Patton, Harris claim victory at Super Bee


CHATHAM, La. (May 24, 2025)—Super Bee Speedway hosted a thrilling Saturday night of racing in the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series, featuring USRA Limited Mods, Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks, and USRA Tuners. The event drew a strong field of local and regional drivers competing on the 1/4-mile dirt oval, delivering close battles for a packed crowd.

In the USRA Limited Mod Feature, Ethan Bailes of Elizabeth took the victory after starting fourth. Mickey Steele of Ball finished second, followed by Ronny Freeland of Bastrop in third. Derrick Lofton of Pollock claimed fourth, and Cory Tuggle of Baton Rouge rounded out the top five..

The Sunoco USRA Factory Stock Feature saw Wayne Patton of Ruston lead from the pole to secure the win. Matthew Driskill, also of Ruston, took second, followed by Brian Sanders of Joyce in third. Jamie Shirley of West Monroe finished fourth, and Dewayne Turner of Jonesboro completed the top five.

In the USRA Tuner Feature, Dee Harris of Choudrant claimed victory from the second starting position. Ava Cannady of Hodge took second, followed by derek boone of Quitman in third. Braxton Beckham of Quitman finished fourth, and Brad Turner of Choudrant rounded out the top five.
