Iron Man USRA Stock Cars play dirty May 2-4

WEBSTER CITY, Iowa (April 28, 2025)—This week the KS Engineering Iron Man USRA Stock Cars Series driven by Terminator Chassis will bring three $1,200-to-win shows to three different tracks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 2-4.
Friday ay the Fairmont Raceway in Fairmont, Minn., will feature USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks, USRA Tuners and Crown Vics. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. with hot laps at 7:15 and racing to follow. For more information, check out www.fmtraceway.com.
Saturday at the Sports Park Raceway in Fort Dodge, Iowa, will feature USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and Crown Vics. Pits open at 5 p,m., grandstands open at 6, hot laps begin at 7 and racing starts at 7:15. For more information, check out www.sportsparkraceway.com.
Sunday at the Mason City Motor Speedway in Mason City, Iowa, will feature USRA Modifieds, USRA Stock Cars, USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks, USRA Tuners and Outlaw Mini-Mods. The Iron Man Series has raced three times in Missouri with Jaylen Wettengel of Topeka, Kan., sitting atop the points after one weekend at the Lucas Oil Speedway during King of America XIV. Winners were Derek Green of Granada, Minn., on Thursday; Jeffrey Abbey of Rhome, Texas, on Friday; and Rodney Schweizer of Kansas City, Kan., on Saturday.
This year's championship is based on a drivers best 14 points nights, and the USRA will be giving away a new Terminator Chassis with a new a KSE racing engine, plus a complete rearend from PEM Racing Gears & Drivetrain.
To be eligible for the giveaway a driver must have competed in 80% of the events. Every race over 80% and that driver will get one more chance with a ticket drawing, which will be held at the year-end USRA awards banquet.
Iron Man memberships are $300 for the 2025 race season. At each race paying $1,200 to win, members will get $50 cash above payouts. The year-end points fund is $5,000 to win and $1,000 for 10th.

The 6th Annual Summit USRA Southern Nationals returns to the Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, La., from Oct. 16-18, featuring USRA Limited Mods and Sunoco USRA Factory Stocks in their final Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series national points event.
