Friday evening at the Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kan., the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series roared to life, drawing a fervent crowd to witness the USRA B-Mod showdown on the quarter-mile dirt oval.

Andy Bryant of Fort Scott—the 2015 USRA B-Mod National Champion—carved through the pack with precision, seizing the lead and holding off all challengers to claim victory.

Hot on his heels, fellow Fort Scott speedster Jerry Morgan secured second place. Travis Johnson, hailing from Enid, Okla., powered to a hard-fought third.

Brian McGowen charged from a mid-pack start to finish fourth, while Matthew Kay rounded out the top five.
