Scott storms to USRA RHS Modified win at USA Raceway
TUCSON, Ariz. -- Stormy Scott notched his first USRA RHS Modified feature win of the 2011 season by racing to victory lane atop the 3/8-mile USA Raceway clay oval Saturday.
The USRA RHS Modified contender advanced from the 12th starting position to take the lead en route to capturing the 25-lap feature.
Jake O’Neil crossed the stripe just behind Scott, holding off fellow New Mexico racers Bumper Jones and Fito Gallardo with Dane Jorgenson returning to action for a fifth-place finish.
