Two nights on tap at Cresco Speedway during Mighty Howard County Fair


The 2023 Mighty Howard County Fair will feature two nights of racing action on the high-banked 4/10-mile clay oval of the Cresco Speedway.

Wednesday, June 21, will feature Medieval USRA Stock Cars,  USRA B-Mods, USRA Hobby Stocks and USRA Tuners, plus 600 Mod Lites. Stock Cars, B-Mods and Hobby Stocks all pay $500 to win while Tuners race for $150 to win and Mod Lites for $300 to win.

Then on Thursday, June 22, the Cresco Speedway will host the Blue Ribbon Classic featuring the Hoker Trucking Super Late Model Racing (SLMR) East Series, Upper Midwest Renegades Sprint Car Series and USRA Modifieds.

USRA Modifieds will pay $1,000 to win and $120 to start on Thursday. Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series will be awarded to USRA classes both nights.

Hot laps begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday and 6:45 p.m. on Thursday with racing to follow after opening ceremonies.
