USRA Modifieds Return to the Hummer in 2026

HUMBOLDT, Kan. (February 16, 2026)—Humboldt Speedway is proud to announce the return of the United States Racing Association Modifieds for the 2026 racing season.

This exciting return is the result of the hard work and dedication of John Allen, along with the support of the following presenting sponsors:

The USRA Modifieds will be in attendance at the Hummer on the following dates:

  • April 3, 2026
  • May 1, 2026
  • June 4, 2026
  • July 10, 2026
  • August 7, 2026
  • August 21, 2026

​(USRA National Modified points will be awarded for all six events.) (No Track Points)

Fans will also see the return of the Heartland Modified Tour on March 20-21 with the Whitworth Spring Classic, kicking off the 2026 season in a big way.

Known as "The Bullring", Humboldt Speedway is a 3/8-mile high-banked clay oval located at 1663 Georgia Road, Humboldt, Kansas 66748. The track is celebrated for its tight entry points, wide exit lanes, and multiple racing groves that produce constant side-by-side action and thrilling finishes.

Humboldt Speedway is owned and operated by F.O.E. Enterprises, led by John Allen and JR Sartain, who acquired the facility from the Whitworth family in early 2022. The Whitworths owned and developed the Speedway from 1990 through 2021.
