And then there was one... one last chance to spend your Saturday night enjoying edge-of-your-seat racing excitement at I-35 Speedway.

I-35 Speedway is racing this Saturday, October 29, and this event closes out the racing 2022 season, but oh the fun we are going to enjoy this one last time.

This weekend’s event is the McCarthy Auto Group Championship Night. Yes, we will crown three Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series champions and celebrate with them the following weekend on Saturday, November 5, at the season ending Bonfire & Awards event.

 Additionally, for our young race fans a trick-or-treat during intermission will be conducted in in the grandstands. Drivers will be in the stands with hero cards, candy, and any other goodies and a great opportunity for the young fans to meet their favorite drivers.

Congratulatiosn to Nic Hanes (Medieval USRA Stock Cars and Tyler Cadwallader (USRA B-Mods) on their track championships. In the USRA Modifieds, Tyler Hibner leads Houston Johnson by 85 points,.

Yes, we have reached the end of the racing season, this is your last chance to turn laps at I-35 Speedway, last chance to get your favorite concession, last chance to sit in your favorite seat, last chance to hear the call of the races live, last chance to be Fan of the Week, last chance to enjoy a Saturday night of racing.

Throughout this year you have seen 800 different drivers in competition at the famed speedway. Make sure your catch the last race of the season.

Pit gates open at 3 p.m., grandstands open at 4, the drivers meeting is at 5, hot laps are 5:20 and racing starts at 6.

Admission prices are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors (62+) and military, and youth 18 and younger (ID may be requested) are FREE (a weekly tradition).

Bring the family and enjoy a night of racing. I-35 Speedway is located at exit 64 off the interstate, 10 miles north of Cameron, Mo.

The 2022 racing season wraps up with our season ending Bonfire & Awards presentation next Saturday, November 5. Social hour starts at 4 p.m. with dinner at 5 and awards at 6 in grandstands, weather permitting bonfire afterwards, tickets $20 available at the ticket office, the 2022 racing season fun continues for two more weeks.
