2nd annual Spring Challenge at Oskaloosa April 10th

OSKALOOSA, Iowa -- McTwo Promotions will present the 2nd Annual Spring Challenge at Southern Iowa Speedway, Oskaloosa, Iowa on April 10, 2004.

The Spring Challenge presented by Searsboro Telephone Company will pit the Interstate Racing Association and the NMRA 410 Sprint sanctions against the Knoxville Raceway regulars in a complete show featuring time trials, qualifying events, and a $3,000 to win A main. Also on the program are the 305 non-winged sprints.

Among the bonus money on tap at Oskaloosa will be the Nordica Warehouses, Inc. quick time award of $200, a NMRA bonus to it’s first three finishing driver who will receive $300, $200, and $100 respectively, a bonus to the first two 360 drivers of $200 and $100, Jocko’s Sprint Parts winner bonus of $50 for every car passed from his starting position, and a $100 hard charger award from Dirt Track Fury.

Race fans will want to bring the kids to Oskaloosa also for a very special Easter Egg hunt. Midwest Heritage Bank will provide two $100 US Saving Bonds in hidden Easter Eggs for the kids.

Hot laps are scheduled for 6:45 pm on April 10 for the 2nd Annual Spring Challenge at Oskaloosa, with adult ticket prices at $15 and children ages 6-12 just $5. Kids 5 and under are free.
