The Brakeman new “Duel in the Dirt” sponsor

OSKALOOSA, Iowa (April 25, 2003) - South Iowa Speedway is proud to announce another sponsor in The Brakeman from Camarillo, California for the first "Duel in the Dirt" for the Americas Cup. Warren Gillitna the owner of the Brakeman has stepped up with $600 in rotors to be given away to one of the front runners.

"This is a great idea having the Americas Cup in Iowa. I think of Sprint Car racing so it will be great to see the full body guys and we are happy to be one of the sponsors. There can never be another first time and we want The Brakeman to be there for this start of this event. The history of this track with it's Front Row Challenge and the history it has built in a short time with promoter Bill McCroskey tells me this Late Model race will continue in the same manner."
