Racing resumed on Thursday and can be called a night of Brads. Brad Stephens won the Hobby Stock feature, while Brad Pinkerton reminded everyone why he is a champion, picking up both the IMCA Stock Car and Modified feature wins. He went on to win the feature in a commanding fashion. He started inside row 3, and by lap 3 he was in 3rd. · John Vandenberg had another very strong run and battled with Pinkerton for much of the race. · Several late race yellows bunched the field but no one was able to upset Brad Pinkerton. · Pinkerton picked up the hard fought win with an engine that was laying down in the closing laps. This week is Champion Entertainment Group / Bank Iowa night. Terry McCarl will have his 2-seat Winged Sprint car at the track and will be selling rides to be given on Wednesday night.
