Tim Karrick won the USRA B-Mod main evnet.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (Sept. 12, 2025)—Friday night’s Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series action at Lakeside Speedway featured thrilling victories for Jason Newman of Kearney, Mo., and Tim Karrick of Basehor during the Janet Billings Memorial.

In the USRA Stock Car feature, Newman was followed by Justin Seifert of Kansas City, Chris Dishong of Atchison, Jaylen Wettengel of Topeka, and Buz Kaster of Kansas City.

The USRA B-Mod main event saw Karrick take the checkered flag. Finishing second was Chad Clancy of Polo, Mo., with Kyle Henning of Atchison, John Baker of Basehor, and Kerry Davis of Parkville, Mo., completing the top five.

Next Friday, the USRA Heartland Modified Tour presented by Real Racing Wheels comes to town for the Duane Isaacs Memorial. In addition to the USRA Modifieds, USRA B-Mods and Vintage Cars will also join the action.
