FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. (June 20, 2025)—Friday night’s Karl Fenske Memorial presented by Goodson Tools & Supplies and Whitewater CDJR at Mississippi Thunder Speedway delivered thrilling racing action in the Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series, with Josh Angst, Jacob Bleess, Dustin Kruse, and Kolby Goepel claiming victories in their respective classes.

In the USRA Modified class, Josh Angst of Winona, Minn., started second and held off challengers to take the win. Brandon Davis of Hayfield, Minn., finished second, followed by Keith Foss of Winona, Minn., in third. Zach Brom of Winona, Minn., took fourth, and Jacob Bleess of Chatfield, Minn., rounded out the top five.

The USRA Stock Cars saw Jacob Bleess of Chatfield, Minn., lead from third to secure the victory. Brayden Gjere of Mabel, Minn., came in second, with Andrew Bleess of Chatfield, Minn., in third. Brandon Hare of Elma, Iowa, finished fourth, and Colby Mann of Caledonia, Minn., completed the top five.

In the USRA B-Mod class, Dustin Kruse of Baltic, S.D., dominated from the pole to claim the win. Dennis Dunbar of Winona, Minn., took second, followed by Jackson Hale of Grand Meadow, Minn., in third. Kyle Anderson of Decorah, Iowa, finished fourth, and Taylor Skauge of Caledonia, Minn., was fifth.

The USRA Hobby Stocks featured Kolby Goepel of Britt, Iowa, starting second and taking the checkered flag. Steve Larson of Decorah, Iowa, finished second, with Oliver Monson of Thornton, Iowa, in third. Scott Spilde of Cresco, Iowa, took fourth, and Travis Krause of Buffalo City, Wis., rounded out the top five.

The event honored Karl Fenske with a strong turnout of drivers and fans, showcasing competitive racing across all classes.
